The jaw crusher consists of two jaw plates, a movable jaw and a static jaw, forming a crushing chamber, which simulates the movement of the two jaws of an animal to the material crushing operation. More serious wear can be repaired by three methods:
     ⑴ Turn the journal to ensure the roughness of the processing, and use the small processing volume, and then configure the bearing according to the volume.      ⑵Manual arc surfacing welding bearing surface, and then cutting processing, to achieve the required journal size and deviation, and to ensure that the eccentric shaft does not produce bending deformation. When repairing welding, care should be taken to select a reasonable variety of welding rods, with a small and good surfacing current, the diameter of the welding rod should be as small as possible, and symmetrical ring surfacing. During surfacing welding, care be taken to avoid local overheating to prevent deformation, and the centering datum should be selected reasonably during processing to maintain the operation accuracy after assembly.
