What to do if the jaw crusher does not discharge or the discharge is slow

 Jaw crusher is a rough crusher, which can crush all kinds of soft and hard ore materials, with large output, high efficiency and more durable, which is deeply loved by customers. However, the use of a jaw crusher can also cause headaches, that is, when materials with large surface moisture or mud mixed in the raw materials need to be crushed, the jaw crusher will easily jam or reduce the discharge. Slow, causing the discharge port to be blocked, and the materials that have met the discharge specifications cannot be discharged out of the machine in time.
    So when the jaw crusher jams the material and blocks the discharge port, is there any effective solution to prevent this from happening?

    In view of this situation, you can try the following methods:
    1. You can choose to configure the method of pre-washing and ore blending to control moisture. Firstly, the soil entrapped on the surface of the ore is cleaned and removed, and then sent to the jaw crusher for crushing;
    2. "Pre-screening and appropriately increasing the discharge port" can also be adopted at the same time, which can effectively improve the discharge efficiency;
    3. It is possible to reduce the spindle speed to slow down the crushing speed, and at the same time increase the discharge port to achieve less in and more out, but in this way the efficiency is bound to be affected;
    4. Adjust the included angle of the discharge opening, and the angle should not be too flat to improve the material passing rate.
    On the other hand, although there are more mixtures of soil and other materials in some materials, there is no problem in breaking them in a dry environment, and sticking will not occur. However, once the temperature of the processed material rises, it will be known that the viscosity of the material will increase, and it will not be smoothly discharged out of the machine during the crushing process, resulting in a blockage phenomenon. In this case, customers are generally required to take certain effective measures on site to ensure a certain degree of dryness and purity before the material is crushed.
