    1. In order to reduce vibration noise and absorb vibration, so as to prevent the vibration generated by the machine from affecting the foundation of the building, it is necessary to check whether the rack bearing is firmly fixed, whether the wedge is installed correctly, and the correct wedge installation should contact seamlessly. It should be welded to death after confirmation.
    2. Due to the large amount of vibration when the jaw crusher is working, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation, level the host and tighten the anchor bolts before installation.
    3. The user should install protective equipment on the driving wheel, driven wheel, and V-belt according to the specific conditions of the site before it can operate.     4. Ensure that the rotation center lines of the main shaft pulley and the motor pulley are parallel, and not be skewed, and the grooves of the two wheels be in line, and the belt not be pulled off; the belt tension should be moderate, and the belt should be pressed with the thumb δ=0.16 (1m Center distance, press down 16mm).
    5. The weight of the foundation can be roughly 5-10 times the weight of the machine, and the depth of the foundation should be er than the freezing depth of the ground.
    6. Before adjusting the discharge opening, the tension spring should be loosened. After the adjustment is d, the tension plunger of the spring should be adjusted appropriately to prevent the toggle plate from falling off during work.
    Pay attention to the above matters during installation, in order to install the jaw crusher better and more safely. Only with the installation specifications, the crusher will not have various small faults, and will make more use of the normal operation of the machinery.
