Jaw crushers are often used in the coarse crushing of materials. The working conditions are harsh and require regular overhaul and maintenance during use. Now combined with the actual needs of customers, detailed description of the maintenance operation methods of each component of the jaw crusher.
Do the following work before starting up:
   (1) Check whether the jaw plate and the side plate are fixed, whether the discharge port is suitable, and whether the fixing screws are loose.
   (2) Check whether the spring is tight and whether the flywheel, transmission wheel and other parts are normal.
   (3) Check whether the lubrication condition of the lubrication points of each component is good, whether the transmission belt is good, and whether the protection device is good.
   (4) Check whether there are ore and debris in the crusher, and remove them immediately.
   (5) A signal be sent out before starting up. When starting and s ping:
   (1) It is not allowed to start with load, and the ore can be fed after the machine is turned on.
   (2) If abnormal sound is found during startup, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and treatment.
   (3) Before s ping the machine, s feeding the ore, and remove the ore on the belt and the ore in the machine before s ping the machine.
   (4) When the power is cut without notice, the switch should be pulled down quickly and the remaining ore in the machine should be removed.
   (5) Clean up well, arrange tools, and make necessary preparations for restarting.
During operation:
   (1) Feed the ore uniformly, and the ore lump size be controlled within the allowable range to avoid overload; when the feed inlet is blocked, use an iron hook to hook it out, and pay attention to prohibit iron and other sundries from entering the machine.
   (2) The machine is not allowed to be overhauled during operation. When overhauling or inspecting the feed or discharge port, it be s ped until it is stable.
   (3) Check the temperature of the motor and the bearing once an hour. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 60℃. Always check whether the fixing screws are loose or not, and do a good job of sealing the lubricating oil to prevent the oil from being mixed into the ore.
   (4) Frequently check the unblocking condition of the unloading funnel, and frequently check the current and voltage fluctuations. If electrical equipment or wiring is found to be faulty, you should find an electrician to repair it, and you are not allowed to repair it yourself.
