For a long time, the cost of crushing and grinding in the concentrator is relatively high, generally accounting for 40% to 60% of the total cost of the concentrator. Therefore, reduce the size of the crushed product and implement "more crushing and less grinding" to increase the energy rate and reduce the energy. Consumption, cost reduction, and the use of energy-saving crushing equipment are the main means for mines to achieve multiple crushing. Generally, cone crushers are used in the middle and fine crushing of the concentrator, which can better the tasks of ore middle and fine crushing in the beneficiation production.
Working characteristics of cone crusher:
(1) The cone crusher can provide a larger crushing ratio through the combination of optimizing the crushing speed and increasing the stroke, and can reduce the number of crushing sections under the same crushing particle size, thereby reducing production investment and saving power consumption.
(2) Because it is full of feed, the crushed material undergoes squeezing, shearing and strong pulsating impact in the crushing cavity, and the particles in the material layer interact, resulting in forced self-crushing between the particles. This ore crushing method replaces the traditional single-particle crushing principle of ore, realizes selective crushing of materials, increases the proportion of product fines and the content of cubic materials, and reduces needle-like materials.
(3) The mature moving cone and fixed cone liner fixing system eliminates the need for liner packing. The liner can be replaced faster and has a life. When it is necessary to replace the liner or change the crushing cavity type, the hydraulic motor used to adjust the discharge port will rotate the entire fixed cone assembly out of the adjusting ring thread, which simplifies the operation of replacing the liner.
(4) The newly designed hydraulic iron-pass release cylinder can buffer the impact force and protect the host from damage caused by unbreakable foreign objects mixed into the crushing cavity. After the foreign objects pass, the original discharge port can be quickly restored. At the same time, if the crusher is s ped under load, the double hydraulic iron-pass release cylinder can provide a larger cleaning stroke, regardless of the wear of the liner, and can quickly clean the crushing cavity.
(5) The cone crusher has a fixed cone rotating adjustment system, the wear of the entire periphery of the crushing cavity is more uniform, and the discharge port is more constant.
