1. The bearing of jaw crusher is seriously worn or the cage is damaged
Once the bearing is worn, over time, the inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and cage of the bearing will change in size, the fit clearance of the bearing will increase, and the operation accuracy will decrease, which will cause the temperature rise, vibration increase and noise increase of the bearing. In serious cases, it will to heating, vibration increase, bearing burning and even shaft bending.
2. The bearing quality is poor and the original clearance is small
If the clearance of the bearing does not reach the specified value, the clearance will be too small after installation, which will cause the bearing to heat up during operation and the temperature will gradually rise.
3. Axial positioning error of jaw crusher bearing
Once there is a problem in the axial positioning of the bearing, the labyrinth ring or bearing gland is not installed in place, and the eccentric axial side moves during operation, so that the clearance of the bearing is reduced and the bearing is heated.
4. The machining error of jaw bearing hole is large

5. There is something wrong with the spindle
