During the operation of the cone crusher, various faults may occur. The following briefly introduces four common faults, cause analysis and solutions.
　　 Failure analysis:
　　 1. Sealing device failure
　　 In production, pay attention to the wear of the sealing ring. After long-term use, the sealing ring is easy to wear and deform, and lose its original elasticity, resulting in the loss of its sealing function. If the sealing device fails, it may cause the cone crusher to leak oil.
　　 2. The return pipe is blocked
　　 In production, pay attention to check whether there is debris in the main oil unloading hose or the pipe of the cone crusher and the long hole of the derrick. Excessive debris and dirt accumulation will hinder the flow of lubricating oil, especially in the case of low oil temperature, if it cannot be quickly discharged from the crusher equipment, it will cause the cone crusher to leak oil.
　　 3. Improper working pressure of lubrication system
　　If the working pressure of the lubrication system of the cone crusher is not suitable, the oil will be sprayed from the axial gap of the oil inlet pipe, causing the lubricating oil to leak down along the outer circle of the sealed cylinder.
　　 4. Unreasonable part clearance
　　 If the gap between the inner wall of the oil sump and the oil baffle of the main frame of the cone crusher is too small, it is easy to form an oil seal when lubricating oil is thrown into the gap during the operation of the cylinder. The cone crusher is driven by air pressure, and the oil seal will continuously overflow from the dust ring along the inner wall of the host. Solution:
　　 1. The sealing device of the cone crusher should be checked regularly to ensure the normal operation of the crushing equipment.
　　 2. Clean the oil return pipe in time to clean up the dirt and debris inside to avoid clogging.
　　 3. Adjust the working pressure of the lubrication system.
　　 4. Adjust the gap between the components.
