Due to the heavy weight and complex manufacturing of the movable jaw, it is one of the main components of the jaw crusher. Therefore, it be repaired by various methods. For small and medium-sized jaw crushers, there are two types of movable jaw internal assembly: one is to install babbitt alloy bushings in the inner hole, and the other is to install rolling bearings in the inner hole. After the babbitt alloy sleeve is worn out, just replace the spare sleeve, and then repair or recast the replaced babbitt alloy sleeve. The inner hole of the rolling bearing is often encountered due to fretting wear, poor installation, or long-term work. The outer ring of the rolling bearing is loose and the inner hole is worn. The repair methods include inner hole repair welding and inner hole inserting. Inner hole repair welding is to use manual arc welding to weld one layer at both ends of the inner hole, and then re-enlarging the hole. The hole-enlarging technology is required to be carried out according to the design coordination accuracy. The method of inserting the inner hole to repair the movable jaw, although the process is more complicated, is very suitable for the movable jaw made of cast iron.
