Cone crusher not has high reliability, but also has high crushing efficiency, low cost, and good product shape. It is widely used in mining and sand aggregate industries, and is suitable for crushing various materials with hard and medium hardness. In the hydraulic cone crusher, the role and importance of the hydraulic system are obvious. Whether the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is clean is closely related to the normal operation of the hydraulic system, but the hydraulic oil is often affected by many aspects during the work of the crusher and is polluted: solid particle pollutants, water and liquid pollutants, and air. They have different specific hazards to the hydraulic system.

    1. Solid particle pollutants mainly include residual impurities in the system. In the process of system assembly and maintenance, rust spots, burrs, welding slag, dust, fibers, sand, etc. in the components, accessories and pipelines were not removed. Contaminants may also be introduced during maintenance and disassembly; the new oil itself contains impurities; the dust in the equipment production environment will inevitably bring various particles into the hydraulic system from the mailbox vent, inlet door and protruding piston rod. ; The oil is deteriorated due to temperature rise and generates tar, asphalt and other colloidal residues that become pollutants; pollutants brought in when refueling and changing oil; metal and sealing material wear particles and filter materials that are constantly produced during operation Particles, fibers, peeling paint and slag pieces in the mailbox.
    2. The main source of water as a pollutant is: water vapor in the atmosphere. When the temperature rises, the water in the air quickly dissolves in the hydraulic oil. When the temperature drops, tiny water droplets are formed in the hydraulic oil. When the temperature rises again, some of these water droplets are re-dissolved, and the other part will gather. It becomes precipitated water and frees from oil. In this reciprocation, a large amount of water is immersed in the hydraulic oil, and water enters during the storage, transportation and use of the hydraulic oil, such as rainwater or water cooling leakage.
    3. The main source of air is: poor system sealing, oil is in direct contact with air, the oil level of the fuel tank is not within the specified height, the oil suction pipe and filter are exposed to the oil level, and air is sucked in when the hydraulic system is running.
