The hydraulic system cone crusher has three functions:

   1. Adjust the size of the discharge port. The main shaft of the crusher is supported by oil pressure. If the oil volume in the oil pressure chamber increases or decreases, the main shaft will rise or fall, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the size of the discharge port.
       2. The ore in the crushing chamber can be discharged. When a shutdown accident occurs due to power outages and other reasons, the hydraulic system can lower the moving cone of the crusher, and after increasing the gap of the discharge port, the ore can be discharged from the crushing cavity.
       3. Protect the crusher. For example, when uncrushed objects such as iron blocks are mixed into the crushing chamber, the oil pressure in the oil pressure chamber increases to the air pressure of the accumulator, which causes the accumulator to be compressed and the oil from the oil pressure chamber Flow to the side of the accumulator. The crushing cone automatically descends to discharge the unbroken materials, and then the crusher automatically returns to the normal working position.
