    Causes and solutions of eccentric shaft bending:
    1. The host rolls over
    During the hoisting process of the main machine of the jaw crusher, the main machine turned sideways, which caused the eccentric shaft to be bent on one side.
    2. Material hardness dyeing standard
    If the given material is too hard, it will affect the crushing range of the jaw crusher, which will cause the eccentric shaft to bend; therefore, the hardness of the material should be controlled and the crushing machine should be selected according to the compressive strength of the crushed material.     3. The bracket does not meet the standard
    When such a situation occurs, it should be evaluated in many aspects, and it is strictly forbidden to use brackets and bracket pads that do not meet the design standards.
    4. Improper heat treatment of eccentric shaft
    When the heat of the eccentric shaft is not dissipated in time, it is easy to cause a short-term break; at this time, the appropriate method is to replace the eccentric shaft with a new one and use an eccentric shaft that has passed the heat treatment.
    5. Long-term dyeing load operation of the host
    The machine should be shut down for maintenance in time, and the working load should be adjusted or replaced with a suitable crusher.
