    1. Jaw plate. The jaw plate is generally made of high manganese steel, and the service life is 4 months. *First, we can improve the hardness and toughness of the material for the jaw plate. For example, using medium manganese steel to make the jaw plate will increase the life by more than 20%; When the material in the crusher changes, we also change the parameters of the equipment in time. If slight abrasion is found during production, it be repaired in time to extend the service life of the jaw plate.     2. Tooth plate. There are two main aspects to prolong the life of the jaw crusher's tooth plate. One is to strictly control the particle size and hardness of the feed, and pay attention to not allowing iron or other impurities to enter the machine. The second is to reduce the impact wear of the material on the tooth plate to a small amount. We can reduce the impact speed of the material entering the equipment by equipping the jaw crusher with buffer measures. The thrust plate can also be changed to an upward oblique type, which is conducive to crushing the material and promoting the downward movement of the material, which effectively reduces the friction between the material and the tooth plate.
