The sand making machine produced by Jiaozuo Zhongxin can be used for medium-hard and very hard materials, such as: granite, basalt, limestone, quartz stone, cement clinker, concrete aggregate, ceramic raw material, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, Corundum, bauxite, silica, etc., can be used in fine crushing, dyeing, and crushing operations in industries such as artificial sand making, pre-grinding cement, mining, and refractory materials with very different material properties. The sand making machine occasionally has abnormal vibration during use. So, what are the reasons for the abnormal vibration of the sand making machine during use? What is the workaround?

   (1) The hammer is installed incorrectly during the maintenance and assembly of the sand making machine. In order to prevent the weight of the rotor from being unbalanced when the hammers are turned around, all the hammers in the sand making machine be turned around at the same time, otherwise strong vibration will occur during operation.
   (2) The difference between the weights of the two groups of hammers is 5 grams. The method of exclusion is to adjust the weight of the hammer so that the difference between the corresponding two groups of weights is less than 5 grams.
   (3) Individual hammers are stuck too tightly and are not thrown away during operation. It can be turned and observed by hand after the machine is s ped, and find a way to make the hammer rotate flexibly.
   (4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced. At this time, it is necessary to carefully check and adjust the balance separately.
   (5) The main shaft is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.
   (6) The bearing clearance is too dyed or damaged. Generally, the problem can be solved by replacing the new bearing.
