1. No-load start

 When using the jaw crusher, pay attention to the size of the ore not larger than 85% of the size of the jaw crusher to avoid the blockage of the mine hole caused by the oversized ore and affect the normal operation of the machine.
4, uniform feeding
 During the operation of the jaw crusher, the ore should be fed evenly. Lateral feeding or full feeding can easily cause the machine to be overloaded.

6. Avoid overloading operation
Each equipment has a working load, and the jaw crusher also has its rated working load when designing. Remember to let the jaw crusher run under high load, so as not to affect the service life of the machine.
