Cone crusher is used in metallurgical industry, building material industry, road construction industry, chemical industry and silicic acid industry. It is suitable for crushing media and various ores and rocks with medium hardness and above. It has the characteristics of large force, high efficiency, strong processing capacity, low operating cost, convenient adjustment, economical and practical, etc. Some parts of the cone crusher will be worn during use. There are three common problems:
1. The weight protection plate is severely worn. Due to the high viscosity of some ores, these ores accumulate in the rib protection device of the cone crusher during the process of crushing the stone, which intensifies the wear of the weight protection device and increases the maintenance cost. Even if four square steel cleaning blocks are installed on the outside of the weight protection device, the ore problem cannot be solved. Solution: increase the weight of the hydraulic cone crusher, measure the size of the crusher weight plate, add a weight cover at the outer 10mm circumference, weld the lower part to the rib guard and cover the upper part. In this way, ore can be prevented from accumulating in the rib guard plate of the crusher, and the slag can be prevented from entering the internal lubrication system of the counterweight, thereby solving the problem of serious wear of the weight guard plate.
2. It takes time to replace the lining. In normal use, the liner replacement cycle is generally 30 days, and each replacement takes 4 to 5 hours, which will seriously affect the normal operation of the next process. Solution: Improve the installation method of the liner. According to the replacement cycle of the liner of the crusher, the liner is pre-heated by a self-made oven instead of the one-hour gas welding preheating, which not saves manpower and material resources, but also avoids the problem of uneven heating.
3. The maintenance workload is huge. The liner of the cone crusher has a service life of 15 days. Every time the liner is replaced, the distributor tray, cutting ring and fixing bolts need to be replaced, which not consumes a lot of spare parts, but also increases the maintenance workload. Solution: reset the crusher distributor tray. The steel frame is used with a distribution plate coated with rubber coating material. The elasticity of the rubber is used to reduce the impact of ore on the distribution plate and prevent the separation plate from loosening.
